I have been seeing Dr. Marvin Nelson for quite awhile for dental care. I have had crowns, root-canals, fillings etc etc. Not only does he provide great dental care,and treatment, but he is also very personable. I actually enjoy going to see my dentist, which is a first for me! I feel lucky to have a dentiist that not only does great work, but is enjoyable to be around.

I visited Dr. Nelson and his staff after a recommendation from my parents who also see him. I was apprehensive about seeing the dentist as it had been quite a while due to lack of insurance, but he and his staff were so kind and made me feel really truly comfortable with all the process of being a new patient. He and his staff were kind and extremely friendly. They were great about sending my new patient paperwork to me before my appointment to avoid having to fill it out day of. I would definitely recommend Dr. Nelson and his staff to anyone looking for a great dental experience.

Great dentist! I have been seeing Dr. Nelson and his staff for the past 29 years and have always been confident in their skills and ability to make “going to the dentist” a pleasant experience. He consistently provides options for the planned treatment and we together decide on what to do. And he follows up if there is any concern on how the treatment went. I have never wished that I had not gone to him.

Whether I was living and working within 10 miles or up to 40 miles away, I would think about dentists that were closer to home but always went back to Dr Nelson for the engaging conversation, his inquiry into how my family was, how my daughter was doing in sports, etc. Just good professional relationship building on his part! Though, it sure is difficult answering questions or engaging in a conversation with that darn dental dam in one’s mouth. 🙂
A big plus is that from the dental chair there is a relaxing second floor territorial view of the lower Edmonds area and a city park.
